Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)
Deposit: The deposit paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show.
Payment terms
Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Check-in from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Check-out before 10:00 AM
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM
Municipal tax is applicable
Only first linen change is provided
Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €20.00
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €25.00
Rooms cleaning is not provided during the stay
Final cleaning has a mandatory additional cost of 50.00 € per
oom/accomodation
Extra room cleaning is available at a cost of €50.00
No meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms
Pets
Conditions for pets staying in this facility:
- pets of small size by prior agreement with the host
- Well-behaved, not aggressive or noisy, pets may not sleep on beds, pets may not be left alone at the facility
- A daily cost of 8 € is due per pet
- Pet damage deposit: 300.00 €
Other notes
All’arrivo verrà richiesto il saldo del soggiorno unitamente ad un deposito cauzionale pari a € 300,00 che verrà restituito alla partenza dopo ever verificato il buono stato dell'immobile occupato.
Eventuali Ospiti aggiunti durante il soggiorno andranno comunicati all'Hotel Cannes per regolarizzare la posizione di pubblica sicurezza.
All'arrivo saranno consegnati due mazzi di chiavi per ogni appartamento.
