Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)
You may cancel your booking up to 15 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Check-in from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Check-out before 10:00 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM
Municipal tax is applicable
Only first linen change is provided
Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €20.00
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €20.00
Rooms cleaning is not provided during the stay
Final cleaning has a mandatory additional cost of 125.00 € per
oom/accomodation
Extra room cleaning is available at a cost of €30.00
Meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms

Please contact the host before booking if you are traveling with pets
Other notes
Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden. Smoking is allowed just outside.
Every guest must provide a valid ID\passport.
It is forbidden to host people other than those indicated in the reservation without the prior authorization of RomagnaBNB.
City tourist tax not included in the rate €0.50 per person per night, to be paid cash at the check-in.
In case of non-compliance with the rules, the guest accepts the immediate cancellation of the reservation with a 100%
