Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)
Deposit: The deposit paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show.

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM

Conditions for pets staying in this facility:
- pets of medium-small size by prior agreement with the host

Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden.
Every guest must provide a valid ID\passport.
It is forbidden to host people other than those indicated in the reservation without the prior authorization of RomagnaBNB.
City tourist tax not included in the rate €1,00 per person per night, to be paid cash at the check-in.
Deposit €100 required to cover damages and correct management of separate waste collection.
