Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)
You may cancel your booking up to 30 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking
Payment terms
Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.
Rules of the house
Check-in from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Check-out before 10:00 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM
Municipal tax of €0.50 per person per night is applicable up to 5 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 14 do not pay municipal tax
Only first linen change is provided
Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €20.00
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €20.00
Rooms cleaning is not provided during the stay
Final cleaning has a mandatory additional cost of 200.00 € per
oom/accomodation
Extra room cleaning is available at a cost of €30.00
Meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms
Pets
Conditions for pets staying in this facility:
- pets of medium-small size by prior agreement with the host
Other notes
- City tourist tax not included in the rate € 0,50 per person per night, to be paid at the check-in.
- Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden. Smoking is allowed only outside.
- Every guest must provide a valid ID\passport.
- Damage deposit €100 to be paid for stays longer than 4 nights.
