Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)
The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 10 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 9 to 3 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 2 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 75% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 75% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;
Payment terms
Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM

Other notes
The apartment features a very spacious bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed, another pull-out bed is available in the dining area, providing a total of 5 sleeping spaces.
Access can be done in fully autonomous mode through "Self check-in". It is necessary to send the documents beforehand, so that the registration of all guests can be carried out. Afterward, a personal code will be assigned for door access, and detailed instructions will be sent.
