Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)
You may cancel your booking up to 20 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded
Payment terms
Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.
Rules of the house
Check-in from 3:00 PM to 7:30 PM
Check-out before 10:00 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM
Municipal tax is applicable
Only first linen change is provided
Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €10.00
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €20.00
Rooms cleaning is not provided during the stay
Extra room cleaning is available at a cost of €40.00
Meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms
Pets
Conditions for pets staying in this facility:
- pets of medium-small size by prior agreement with the host
- Well-behaved, not aggressive or noisy, pets may not be left alone at the facility, pets should be with owners at all times
- A one-time additional cost of 20 € for final cleaning
- Pet damage deposit: 50.00 €

The apartment is on the third floor without a lift
LATE CHECK-IN service rules:
It is possible to check-in after 19.30 which in any case must be agreed in advance with the structure and involves a cost of:
Euro 15,00 until 21.00
Euro 25,00 until 22.00
Euro 40,00 until 23,00
Euro 50.00 until 23,59
SILENCE rule:
No check-in service after midnight, sorry
