Deposit: The deposit paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show.

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM

Rooms cleaning is not provided during the stay
Final cleaning has a mandatory additional cost of 50.00 € per
oom/accomodation

Conditions for pets staying in this facility:
- pets of any size by prior agreement with the host
- Well-behaved, not aggressive or noisy, pet sleeps in a dedicated space, outside guestrooms., pets may not sleep on beds
- A daily cost of 10 € is due per pet
- Pet damage deposit: 50.00 €

Nell'incantevole cittadina di Salemi moderno appartamento in villa al piano terra ,ottima base per poter visitare la Sciliia occidentale e fruttare al meglio i momenti di relax a bordo piscina. L'appartamento dispone di 8 posti letto e un ampio spazio esterno che permette ai più piccoli di godere del parco giochi e ai grandi di rilassarsi e fare brece nel comodo giardino.
la cucina offre tutti i comfort come piano a induzione, macchinetta del caffè, lavastoviglie, micronde, frigo ,,tostapane ..
