Let's start with the positive note: the setting is fundamentally pleasant and ideal for those who have pets. But now comes the tough part: first of all, despite the loud proclamations both on the structure's presentation website and on other sites, there is no Wi-Fi; in fact, it seems it has never been there. Moreover, as proof of an electrical system absolutely acceptable in times of war but inadequate for the current period, there is no trace of an entrance for Internet connection. To this we add: some dangling wires, doors not broken but not closing, doors that close but broken; bathroom wall crumbling, bathroom without bidet (an absence that will not surprise the French and/or those like them), neglected furniture simply showing signs of rust here and there, broken mosquito nets; linen (towels) provided but with a dropper (so get ready to beg for it). All this, in short, should make you think that the location is uninhabitable and uninhabitable? No, absolutely not. The fact is that it is not worth the amounts requested by the tariff. Yes, the game is simply not worth the candle.

La signora Nicastro è stata davvero squisita. Si è messa totale disposizione pur essendo sola. Ci ha ospitato nel suo appartamento che per i nostri fini aveva una location perfetta e tutte le comodità. Raccomandata al massimo.

Semplicemente fantastico, dalla struttura alla colazione a km 0, il tutto valorizzato dalla titolare cortese e disponibile. Sembra di stare a casa. Consigliatissimo.

Stupenda villa completamente immersa nel verde e dal panorama mozzafiato molto vicino alla spiaggia, i proprietari sono molto cortesi e disponibili, l'ambiente è confortevole e pulito. La colazione è buona, nelle camere si dorme bene e si sta al fresco durante l'estate, decisamente un'ottima esperienza.

Ottima struttura, pulizia e personale. Ottima anche l'accoglienza sin da subito la signora e suo marito ci hanno dato un'ottima impressione sia della struttura che del posto, tanta disponibilità ma sopratutto ci tengo a precisare che ci ha dato la possibilità che ben pochi permetterebbero, ossia portare con me in vacanza i miei due cuccioli di pitbul. Ci ritornerei volentieri ottima struttura la consiglierei a tutti.

I coniugi Filippini hanno accolto con calore me, mio marito e i nostri due labrador. Non é semplice trovare strutture che accolga animali in modo confortevole. Noi abbiamo soggiornato nella casetta melograno, spaziosa, pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort. C'è una bella veranda con vista sul mare e spazio intorno per far sgambettare i cani. La posizione é invidiabile, molto ventilata e vicina al mare. La colazione abbondante e piena di cose buone fatte in casa.
