Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)
You may cancel your booking up to 30 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded
Payment terms

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.
Rules of the house
Check-in from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Check-out before 10:00 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM
Municipal tax of €2.00 per person per night is applicable up to 7 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 15 do not pay municipal tax
Fresh towels every 7 days
Fresh sheets every 7 days
Rooms cleaning is not provided during the stay
Final cleaning is included in the price
No meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms
Pets
Conditions for pets staying in this facility:
- Dogs, cats of medium-small size by prior agreement with the host
- Well-behaved, not aggressive or noisy
- Garden
Other notes
In case of cancellation for a Lockdown or a red zone in your zone, I will send a voucher equal to the advance already paid and usable and valid for the entire year 2023.
In case of red zone or Lockdown to La Thuile the deposit will be made entirely.
