Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)
You may cancel your booking up to 30 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking
Payment terms
Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.
Rules of the house
Check-in from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM
Check-out before 10:00 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM
No municipal tax will be charged
Only first linen change is provided
Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €15.00
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €15.00
Rooms cleaning is not provided during the stay
Final cleaning has a mandatory additional cost of 100.00 € per
oom/accomodation
Extra room cleaning is available at a cost of €30.00
Meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms
Pets
Please contact the host before booking if you are traveling with pets
Other notes
The final cleaning costs also include the cost of supplying the initial supply of bathroom, bed and kitchen linen.
"Late check in" and "Late check out" are possible based on availability against an additional cost to be agreed in advance with the Manager.
For the loss of the keys, an amount equal to Euro 50.00 will be charged.
At the discretion of the Manager, a deposit of Euro 250.00 * per stay may be required.
