Very nice and spacious apartment, about 20/25 minutes walk from the 'Le Due Arcate'. The manager is very kind and discreet, always attentive to meet every request. Truly a great experience.

Le Due Arcate is a guarantee. We had a great time thanks to the welcome of Mr. Antonio and to the comfort, cleanliness, and location of the property, which is not close to the Sassi, but in an area served by all necessary services. Congratulations.

The house is beautiful, on two floors. New, renovated. Two bathrooms, one double bed, 2 singles and a sofa. Living area with kitchen and table. All very comfortable. I don't give a 10 to the structure just because it is 15/20 minutes walk from the center (feasible and pleasant to reach it with a walk), but for the rest... all splendid, including the manager.

The apartment is well maintained and clean, just a bit far from the center (15 minutes on foot). You can easily park in front or nearby.

I believe the price-quality ratio is excellent. Slightly off-center, it's a 15-minute walk from the historic center and the 'sassi'. The apartment is perfect, super clean, with all the comforts including Wi-Fi. The owner is extremely kind and helpful. Highly recommended for those who want to visit the city without spending excessive amounts and if you don't expect to sleep inside the 'sassi'.

After contacting the facility, I was contacted by the owner by phone and we had confirmed the reservation, receiving reassurances from the owner that he would block the facility for us. The day before check-in, I contact him to let him know what time we would arrive and we find out that the gentleman had given the facility to another family who would stay for several days, leaving us without a place to sleep less than 24 hours before our arrival in Matera, ruining an entire evening spent looking for another place. A very unprofessional behavior that could have ruined our entire vacation. Terrible.

Ottima struttura situata in periferia. Piano terra cucina, sala, e bagno con doccia nel soppalco superiore letto e secondo bagno più piccolo sempre con doccia. Televisore presente in entrambi i piani aria condizionata e WiFi, consigliato.

Struttura nuova e pulita, dotata di ogni comfort è un appartamento ad uso esclusivo con due bagni e una cucina. Comodo il parcheggio gratuito davanti l'ingresso. Il gestore molto disponibile e discreto. Consigliatissima!

Appartamento bellissimo, un po' angusto il vicolo, ma molto riparato dalla strada, silenziosissimo. Grandi possibilità di essere sfruttato (noi eravamo in 7), pulitissimo e molto rifornito nonostante noi ci fermassimo solo per una notte. Il proprietario disponibilissimo e molto gentile, inoltre sul tavolo molti dépliants illustrativi della zona e delle attività. Ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo, consiglio vivamente.

Accogliente struttura con arredamento nuovo. Ideale e spazioso anche per due famiglie. 1, 2 km dal centro di Matera. Il sig. Antonio è gentilissimo e disponibile a fornire qualsiasi tipo di informazione e ad accogliere le nostre richieste (ad esempio un aggiunta alla colazione, peraltro già abbondante) e a ripristinare il Wi-Fi che si era sconnesso. Da consigliare vivamente!

L'appartamento è grazioso e pulitissimo, il sig. Antonio gentilissimo e disponibile. Con una comoda passeggiata si raggiunge il centro di Matera e i Sassi, noi avevamo quattro bambini e debbo dire non avremmo potuto desiderare sistemazione più comoda.

Abbiamo soggiornato lo scorso weekend presso questa struttura insieme a un'altra coppia di amici, l’appartamento è ampio, pulitissimo e dotato di ogni confort, la posizione è ottima per chi vuole spostarsi a piedi per visitare le attrazioni della città, peraltro luogo incantevole e pieno di fascino. Il proprietario, Sig. Antonio è una persona straordinaria, molto disponibile a dare informazione e consigli nel visitare i luoghi della città. Ieri, a fine soggiorno ci ha regalato una pagnotta di pane di Matera. Assolutamente consigliato a chi cerca una struttura con un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Ho soggiornato presso le 2 Arcate durante il primo fine settimana di Settembre con la mia famiglia (con due bambini). Struttura praticamente nuova, pulitissima, molto curata ed originale. A disposizione frutta, acqua, latte, caffè e ciò che si mangia per colazione. Il proprietario Sign. Antonio è una persona disponibilissima, puntuale e molto gentile. La struttura non è proprio nella zona dei sassi ma a 3 minuti di auto o 20 minuti a piedi. Nessun problema di parcheggio sia in zona struttura che in zona città, seguito i consigli del Sign. Antonio. Merita!

Struttura praticamente nuova, cioè, l'edificio è stato completamente restaurato e arredato con tutti i confort, il Signor Antonio titolare con la sua famiglia è stato oltremodo accogliente e disponibile a qualsiasi necessità, preciso e puntuale si è reso disponibile ad accompagnarci in centro senza spostare la nostra auto così come ci ha guidato nell'acquisto di alcuni prodotti. Lo consigliamo vivamente a quanti vogliano visitare la magica Matera.
