Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)
You may cancel your booking up to 60 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking
Payment terms
Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.
Rules of the house
Check-in from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Check-out before 10:00 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM
Municipal tax of €2.00 per person per night is applicable up to 5 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 18 do not pay municipal tax
Only first linen change is provided
Rooms cleaning is not provided during the stay
Final cleaning has a mandatory additional cost of 70.00 € per
oom/accomodation
Extra room cleaning is available at a cost of €70.00
Meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms

Other notes
On arrival you will be asked to provide your passport details and tourism tax. 1 parking space is available for €10 a day, small car advised. We provide pool towels, not be taken off the premises. Absolutely no diving in the pool. Pool exclusivity €30 per day extra. No shoes indoors, slippers are provided. Follow waste disposal schedule. Please respect our home and we will always welcome you back. Before leaving strip beds and leave all linens in bathroom, empty Fridge and dishwasher.
