Il signor Rosario è un host fantastico, lo dimostra il fatto che è venuto a prenderci in aeroporto e ci ha fatto fare il giro di Palermo come un perfetto Cicerone. Ci ha offerto anche la colazione a base di arancine (buonissime) e caffè fatto direttamente a casa Filingeri e servito nella soleggiata corte, invidia di tutto il condominio. Le camere sono pulitissime e dotate di ogni comfort come i bagni, possibilità di fare la lavatrice e di far da mangiare nell'ampia cucina. Tutto molto perfetto. Consigliatissimo.

Confort, buon gusto nell'arredamento, ordine ed ambienti estremamente puliti. Gestori accoglienti, disponibili e garbati. A disposizione acqua fresca e detergenti in bagno. Come essere a casa.

Struttura impeccabile in tutto e per tutto. Lo stato dell'arredo è completamente nuovo! Comodo, pulito, profumato e molto confortevole. Dispone di camere da letto con clima e bagno privato; ed in più, cosa non comune, una cugina e fresco giardinetto interno alla struttura. Il proprietario, di cordialità ed educazione innata, mette al primo posto ogni vostra esigenza e fornisce nei minimi particolari tutto ciò che serve per un igienico pernottamento. Voto? 10 e lode! Sicuramente tornerò.

Appartamento ristrutturato da poco, camere ampie, bagno grande, bella cucina. Il bagno non è in camera ma proprio difronte la camera ed ad uso esclusivo della camera. Ogni camera ha quindi il proprio bagno. Il proprietario è stato gentile e puntuale nel consegnarmi le chiavi. Si trova facilmente parcheggio nella adiacente piazza Turba. Ottimo il prezzo. Ritornerò sicuramente.
