You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking

Extremely satisfied; great location, beautiful B&B, clean, welcoming staff. Made our trip to Palermo a pleasure. On the website the owner made a Palermo guide booklet which was super helpful. Awesome stay!

The accommodation is quite centrally located. We walked 1.5 km to the tourist area every evening. Do not be put off by the residential area, the apartment is in a well-secured high-rise on the 6th floor (with lifts). It is modern and clean and was perfect for the two of us. Communication with Mauro and check-in went smoothly. I highly recommend the apartment for a stay in Palermo. Unbeatable for the price! The Reale Orleans train station is also quickly reachable on foot. A big thank you to Mauro!

Excellent, both in terms of the structure, brand new, and in terms of the location - really about 800 meters from the cathedral and 400 from the Reale Orleans castle - as well as for the availability of Mauro. I would like to add Francesco from the parking lot under the house, both very helpful.

Perfect structure, super equipped, equipped with every comfort. It really feels like home! Modern and bright apartment, extraordinary cleanliness. Great location, you can easily walk around. I also recommend it for the guys who will have to take the VFP1 selective tests: the Tukory barracks (Calatafimi course) are just around the corner. Congratulations also to the manager, very friendly and helpful! If I were to return to Palermo I would not hesitate to come back here!

Appartamento nuovissimo, arredato con cura e attenzione e accessoriato con tutto quello che serve al comfort di una vacanza. Cucina (molto luminosa e comoda) con accessori più che adeguati e nuovissimi. Letto comodissimo, la chicca sono stati i due guanciali per ognuno, da poter scegliere, con diversa gradazione di morbidezza. Tanti comfort e nessun problema (una piccola perdita in cucina è stata prontamente riparata la gestore). Il sig. Mauro è stato presente quando necessario e sempre disponibile. Siamo stati molto bene. Inoltre l'appartamento è vicinissimo al Palazzo dei Normanni e alla Cattedrale di Palermo, e a poche centinaia di metri da tutto il centro storico. Ci siamo mossi a piedi senza nessun problema. Da raccomandare agli amici e da tenere come punto di riferimento a Palermo. Ottima accoglienza. Grazie.

Che dire, ci sono stata pochi giorni fa con la mia famiglia e ci siamo trovati benissimo, come dire..ci siamo sentiti a casa. Stanze molto belle, molto pulite, cucina e bagno super accessoriati, ambienti tutti nuovi e climatizzati, e la ciliegina sulla torta (spero mi scuserà il paragone) è stato il sig. Mauro, molto gentile simpatico e disponibile. Se dovessi tornare a Palermo è qui che alloggerei.

Per motivi di lavoro abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte in questa casa veramente confortevole e super accessoriata. Dotata di qualsiasi confort, silenziosa e con uno splendido balcone immerso nel verde. Diventerà sicuramente il nostro riferimento ogni volta che verremo a Palermo. Tutto perfetto. La gentilezza, l'ospitalità e la vicinanza al centro storico. Casa nuova di zecca con tantissimi accessori per farti sentire come a casa tua. Molto accogliente con dettagli di primo ordine. Io ho alloggiato da sola e ho apprezzato la presenza del portierato del palazzo che ti fa sentire tranquilla. Appartamento veramente bello, luminoso e comodissimo. Bello l'arredamento e super accessoriato con TV in tutte le stanze e Netflix! Sono stata benissimo. Molto comodo per visitare subito Il Palazzo reale dei Normanni e la Cappella Palatina proprio a due passi e poi tutto il bellissimo centro di Palermo. Gentilissimo il gestore che mi ha fornito informazioni sul giro dei monumenti e sui posti dove mangiare. Cibo favoloso ovunque. Ragazzi non perdetevi questa città stupenda.
