Room25mq was born in 2018, creating a target not yet present in our territory, that is to make available to the traveler a complete solution with all the comforts to make the customer feel at home.

The area in which we are located and the surrounding places offer our guests the opportunity to fully enjoy the riches and beauties of our areas.

Our guests can take advantage of a private bathroom in each room, full kitchen, microwave, free wifi, heated rooms, the possibility of self check-in at any time, free parking on the street or guarded (for a fee), kitchenette, kit courtesy.

Our rooms are equipped with every comfort:
- Picasso apartment that can accommodate 4 people (located in Via Faraone7, Cercola)
- Mirò apartment which can accommodate 2 people (located in Via Ferrovia15, Cercola)
- Dalì apartment that can accommodate 3 people (located in Via Ferrovia15, Cercola)

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 15 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

We had a good time. The property is managed with courtesy and professionalism. Great location near the Circumvesuviana, which takes you to Piazza Garibaldi in 15 minutes.
