Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)
You may cancel your booking up to 3 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded
Payment terms
Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Check-in after 5:00 PM
Check-out before 10:00 AM
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM
Municipal tax of €6.00 per person per night is applicable up to 10 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 10 do not pay municipal tax
Only first linen change is provided
Rooms cleaning is not provided during the stay
Final cleaning is included in the price
Meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms
Pets
Conditions for pets staying in this facility:
- pets of medium-small size by prior agreement with the host
- Well-behaved, not aggressive or noisy, pets may not sleep on beds
- A one-time additional cost of 10 € for final cleaning
Other notes
To reach the main tourist locations you can always use the A subway with a stop a ten minute walk away from the apartment. For example:
How to reach Metro A- Subaugusta: Ten minute walk from the apartment.
Colosseum: Metro A for 13 stops and then Metro B for 3 stops
Piazza di Spagna: Metro A for 16 stops to the "Piazza di Spagna" stop - time approximately 20 minutes
Trevi Fountain: Metro A for 13 stops to "Barberini" then 8 minutes on foot
