The newly renovated apartment is located on the first floor of a modern building with an elevator and has been furnished in a functional way to meet the needs of travelers from all over the world, both for business and leisure. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and is equipped with a bright suite with a double bed (160x190 cm, with a comfortable 25 cm thick mattress) and a high-quality sofa bed (150x190 cm, with a 23 cm thick gel memory foam mattress). The bedroom has direct access to the balcony and is equipped with a spectacular 29" FULL HD TV, Smart TV with Premium Netflix and Amazon Prime Video account included, as well as an adjustable LED light with remote control for both intensity and coloration to customize the experience.

The bathroom offers a large shower cabin, complete sanitary ware, hairdryer, towel warmer radiator and a welcome kit with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. There is also a professional makeup mirror with 10x magnification and 3 color LED light. The large smart dimmable ceiling light and the USB wall sockets make the environment comfortable, technological and innovative. High-quality towels, sheets, blankets and a duvet are available.

The kitchen is equipped with all comforts, including a 25-liter Extra Space microwave oven combined with quartz grill, a coffee machine, gas burners, a ceramic ventilated oven, a large fridge and freezer, a toaster, a kettle and a complete set of pots, pans, plates, glasses and cutlery. There is also an extendable table to comfortably eat with all guests.

The living area is completed by a comfortable sofa, a coffee table and a salt lamp that will offer you the possibility to relax. The ultra-flat and modern ceiling lamp, with remote control, will allow you to create unique atmospheres, satisfying all different lighting needs being 100% adjustable both in color temperature and brightness.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned thanks to the VIMAR third-generation smart thermostat and has free high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi internet connection, ideal for working, making video calls or simply browsing social media. The private balcony, equipped with table and chairs, is the ideal solution for relaxation.

The innovative keyless check-in and check-out system through an electronic combination lock will allow you to be always autonomous, free and without worries.

In the recently renovated condominium, with a wonderful handmade blue mosaic, there is a large and well-kept condominium garden of over 10, 000 square meters, together with an attractive fountain. You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.
