Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)
You may cancel your booking up to 14 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded
Payment terms
Balance to be paid at check-in For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Pets
Conditions for pets staying in this facility: - pets of medium-small size by prior agreement with the host - Well-behaved, not aggressive or noisy, kept on a leash, pets may not sleep on beds, pets may not be left alone at the facility, pets should be with owners at all times - Garden - A daily cost of 9 € is due per pet with a one-time additional cost of 60 € for final cleaning

Linen is available to rent. €15.00 double sheet kit, €9.00 single sheet kit, €9.00 each towel (1 shower towel, 1 face towel, 1 bidet) You can cancel for free up to 14 days before check-in. In case of cancellation within the deadline, a voucher for the total amount paid will be returned. In case of cancellation after this deadline or no-show, the amount will be charged.
