Our holiday home is placed a few metres from the seashore in a quiet, panoramic setting, in the historic heart of the city. "Casa Vacanze Preziosa" is hospitable and comfortable.
Surroundings
Our guests will be able to stroll around the lights and colours of the shopping streets taste the typical local products thanks to the food and wine tours, take in countless cultural events and unique exhibitions, exploring museums and exhibition areas.
Near our facility you can find several monuments and famous places. Remember that just only 150 m away there is the 'Cattedrale'.

Our residence is the perfect location for families who like to travel and want to feel at home.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 14 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.
