Our holiday home is located in by the sea in an area of great archaeological and architectural merit, in a location with a spectacular view, in the historic heart of the city. "Residence Arcobaleno" is welcoming, with refined attention to detail.

Our property is the perfect place all families on the move will feel right at home here, for a romantic getaway that makes you feel like a couple again, if you love the peace and quiet of nature, far from the bustle of the city.

our guests receive bathroom shared by all rooms, heating rooms, reserved areas for smokers, freedom to return at leisure, kitchenette, large terrace.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 30 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Rooms cleaning is not provided during the stay
Final cleaning has a mandatory additional cost of 50.00 € per oom/accomodation

Abbiamo trascorso tre giorni meravigliosi, la struttura è posizionata in centro a due passi dal mare. L'appartamento è ben strutturato, dotato di tutti i confort per trascorrere una piacevole vacanza e soprattutto abbastanza pulito. Esperienza da ripetere sicuramente.

Abbiamo passato 4 giorni bellissimi a San Vito lo Capo. Abbiamo trovato una seconda casa, arredata con gusto, semplicità e molto funzionale, vicino tutto (mare, centro, porto, etc). La signora Giusy era sempre disponibile ed e molto simpatica. In breve, da rifare, rifare ed rifare con un grande piacere.

Siamo stati i ospiti di residence Arcobaleno due volte. Si trova proprio in centro, nello stesso tempo il posto è abbastanza autonomo e sicuro. Tutti gli appartamenti sono spaziosi, luminosi e molto carini, comodi e puliti, dentro c'e tutto il necessario. I proprietari sono molto gentile e amichevole. Gli appartamenti sono adatti sia per la coppia, sia per la famiglia con i figli, sia per i amici che vogliono vivere vicino e nello stesso tempo indipendente. Ottimo posto per una bella vacanza a stupendo San Vito Lo Capo!
