Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)
The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 30 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 29 to 15 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 25% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 14 to 7 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 6 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;
Payment terms
Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Check-out before 10:30 AM
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 4:30 AM to 7:30 AM
No municipal tax will be charged
Fresh towels every 4 days
Fresh sheets every 4 days
Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €5.00
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €10.00
Rooms are cleaned every 4 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 10:00 AM
Final cleaning has a mandatory additional cost of 70.00 € per
oom/accomodation
No meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms
Pets
Conditions for pets staying in this facility:
- pets of small size by prior agreement with the host
- Pets may not sleep on beds, pets may not be left alone at the facility
- Garden
- A one-time additional cost of 20 € for final cleaning
Other notes
During high season in the total price, it’s included cleaning treatment of the villa (excluded the kitchen) and bed and bath linen change, once in the middle of the week.
In other periods, in the total price bed and bath linen are changed every week
Extra for the final cleaning treatment € 70 for the villa and € 40 for the dependance
