Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)
Credit Card Guarantee: You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged for one night’s stay
Payment terms
Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM

Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €13.00
Rooms cleaning is not provided during the stay
Final cleaning is included in the price
Extra room cleaning is available at a cost of €20.00

Is necessary to have a car to come here because there aren't public transport.
The nearess village is Arbia at 7 Km and Asciano at 10 km.
Nearess supermarket, bar\cafè and good restaurant are in Arbia or Asciano village.
Please advice me before, for your approximatively time arrival ( also with WhatsApp)
Pet are Not allowed - Air conditiong and heating are not included ( for more details see in the Description) -Accomodation tax €1 x person per day
