Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 30 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 29 to 5 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 4 to 2 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 80% of the total cost of the booking;
- up to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

I can’t really think of any negative about this place, the location is perfect, the flat is very clean, luxurious and the hosts are amazing. There’s are shops just round the corner for essentials and skii resort and other places to visit are nearby.

A brand new and outstanding apartment in the center of Alfedena. The house was very clean and comfortable with everything you need to feel at home, including a modern heating system and plenty of kitchen tools (a milk pan would be a nice addition to complement the set). Breakfast is not included but a great selection and quantity of complimentary snacks are provided; otherwise, if you prefer "cappuccino and croissant," the central square of Alfedena with two cafes is just a few steps away from the apartment. To complete the picture, the host, Silvia, has been very kind and helpful with all our requests. We stayed just two days as a family, 2 adults, a 9-year-old kid, and a 1-year-old toddler, and we fully recommend Aufidena apartment to anyone who is looking for a pleasant escape from the everyday routine. We'll be back when we have a chance.

I stayed 3 days with my wife and my daughter. Everything perfect and cared for in every detail. The owners are friendly, very kind and very helpful. The apartment is equipped with all comforts.

We stayed four people for five nights. The apartment assigned to us, 'Monte Greco', is beautiful, in excellent condition, with sturdy furniture and very clean. It is complete with everything you need for holidays or short stays. The internal position allows tranquility and absolute silence even during the night hours. The owner was very friendly and helpful to ensure the stay could be spent in the best way. For train enthusiasts, Aufidena Apartment is downstream from the descent from Roccaraso to Castel di Sangro of the Sulmona Carpinone line, the Italian Trans-Siberian, open only to tourist traffic. For enthusiasts of dams and hydroelectric power plants, I point out the Barrea dam, the Montagna Spaccata dam, and the Castel S. Vincenzo dam.

The best experience ever! Everything was perfect! I will definitely recommend it to friends and relatives! The lady allowed us to stay late even though check-in was in the morning. The structure is very beautiful, welcoming, and extremely clean. There were many things for breakfast (even though not included in the price) and plenty of courtesy sets! Congratulations indeed.

Cleanliness, friendliness, and a lot of attention to detail. We spent two nights with a 4-year-old girl and a 7-month-old girl and it was like being at home. The house is equipped with all the comforts and the guests are pampered impeccably. I also found some little gifts for the girls. Courtesy kit from the kitchen to the bathroom. Breakfast is not available, but there was a basket in the house with lots of good things, water, and fruit juices in the fridge. The owner is a super kind and helpful person. It will be my reference point for mountain getaways.
