Cold environment. The boilers never turned on. I notified the person in charge of the property, that is the apartment, and she told me to use the air conditioner. But the air conditioner turned off automatically every 30 minutes. I received a call from the manager saying she would change the settings via the Internet to extend the heating times. However, this did not happen. I caught a cold. Moreover, when I went to take a shower there was no hot water; I showered while shivering. I swear to God I will never set foot in Residenza Chiara again. I'm sorry to say it, but you cheated me.
