Our holiday home is placed at Sampieri district of Scicli by the sea, overlooking beaches and lido facilities ('Stabilimento Balneare Pata Pata Sampieri', 'Spiaggia di Sampieri est'...) in an area of great history, architecture and culture, in a location with a spectacular view. "Casa D'Artista" is a prestigious dwelling to conjure up the thrill of the past, a lovely, refined building.

Our guests will be able to for shopping, enjoy local craft products, enjoy the scenery and experience local cuisine on various food and wine tours, explore cultural events and exhibitions, stroll in the quiet, lush gardens and beautiful landscapes.
Near our facility you can find several monuments and famous places, sports centres and gyms for keeping fit.

Our property is the perfect place for families who like to travel and want to feel at home, for meetings and business needs, for a romantic holiday in a quiet, reserved setting, if you're looking for peace and quiet, close to nature, away from the noise and bustle of the city.

Structure much above expectations; fantastic owner who knows how to take care with extreme attention even of the smallest details to pamper guests. The little house is wonderful, curated in every way. The cleanliness is impeccable. The arrival at the property welcomed with fresh bread and ricotta is brilliant. Highly recommended.

Beautiful and well-kept apartment in every detail, with everything you need for a perfect holiday. Great location from which to reach beautiful beaches with wonderful walks! The owner is very kind as well as Mrs. Concetta, truly very helpful. And then finding 'il Commissario Montalbano' in the square near the house is priceless! 😂.

We stayed in Sampieri at the end of June and, although late, we would like to give our opinion. We stayed at Casa d'Artista: the structure is very welcoming, like being at home, furnished with taste and attention to detail. The location is enviable, a stone's throw from the beach and an excellent starting point to visit Baroque Sicily. Special thanks to Concetta, always friendly and helpful, and to Mrs. Fernanda, whom we had the pleasure of meeting. A place we will definitely return to with pleasure!

Well-kept apartment, nicely furnished and located in a very quiet street just a few meters from the sea. We spent a week of absolute relaxation enjoying the friendliness of the local operators, a beautiful beach, and a sea and sun that we will surely miss, we will definitely return as soon as possible.

An unforgettable vacation, Casa d'Artista in the perfect place! Suitable for adults and especially for children (7 and 9 years old), mine have wandered far and wide throughout the town without causing us any concern. To my personal taste, the indoor space was not sufficient for my beloved barbecues but, patience, we managed to make up for it with freshly caught fish and vegetables that the greengrocer with his little cart brought to us in front of the house, all very nice, just like the old times! Alf.
