Apartment located practically in the center of Florence, location and cleanliness perfect. A few small details to make a stay perfect: some power outlets in the apartment do not work, so if you plug in your devices they do not charge. The hairdryer provided does not work. The remote control for the air conditioner in the bedroom did not work (resolved immediately thanks to Chiara's quick intervention regarding the room temperature). It is not communicated immediately that the luggage storage is a few minutes from the apartment; perhaps this could be indicated in advance to avoid going back and forth. If they fixed these “problems” we had, it would be truly 100% perfect. They respond very quickly; the apartment is very convenient for everything, very nice and you feel at home inside. Everything is explained on the notice boards, which make the environment safe and comfortable. They also left a nice bottle of wine with two glasses; a pity we couldn't taste it due to lack of time. In any case, pleasant stay, we will return!

Buongiorno, grazie della vostra recensione ! Ma ci tengo a sottolineare alcune cose, le prese in casa sono tutte funzionanti almeno dalle prove fatte non abbiamo mai riscontrato anomalie, il Phon sinceramente non lo proviamo tutte le volte, ma sarebbe bastato un messaggio e lo saremo venuti a sostituire, infine il deposito bagagli...non c'è scritto da nessuna parte che si trova nella struttura, ma pensiamo di fare cosa gradita anche se è a 200 mt dalla struttura usufruire del deposito in maniera gratuita. Grazie.

Great location, clean and with many accessories (from the dishwasher to the vacuum cleaner, from the hairdryer with diffuser to the washing machine and much more). Gianluca very helpful for any clarification.
