Very positive experience, absolutely to be replicated. The structure is new and especially equipped with every comfort, located just a few steps from the sea and in the city center. A special thank you to Mr. Salvo for his great kindness and availability and for all the attentions he reserved for us.

In my experience, the rating is excellent. Just two suggestions: the shower on the terrace should be insulated to avoid puddles of water and provided with a curtain or door to prevent visibility from the entire neighborhood. One more washing machine because two for four families are few.

We spent five days at the property and courtesy and kindness, availability were the basis of everything. Very clean and quiet. The apartment with veranda is very spacious, cool and bright. Excellent the pool area, well-kept green lawn included. We will gladly return.

I stayed with my family for a long weekend. The apartment is completely renovated, elegant, very clean, air-conditioned, in a strategic location, very close to the beach, and in a well-served area. Inside the building (4 apartments), there is a laundry room with a shower to rinse off the sand and not bring it into the house, 2 washing machines, a small living room, and clotheslines. The host is very present, attentive, and very kind! I highly recommend it.

Very comfortable structure, very well furnished and stylish, very clean, a stone's throw from the sea and the town center, leaving the car you can move around on foot or by bike peacefully in a relaxing and safe way. We will definitely come back.

We spent 3 fantastic days! The property fully met our needs: it is new, clean, tastefully furnished, and quiet. At night we were lulled by the sound of the sea only. The location is excellent, a stone's throw from the promenade, the square, and the services. If the parking space was not available in front of the house, there was always a spot in the nearby streets. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by Nicoletta, who was kind, friendly, and helpful. If we were to return to Marina di Ragusa in the future, you will be our point of reference. Thank you.

I stayed from the 13th to the 18th of August. The apartment was clean, new and modern with a super equipped kitchen, only the microwave was missing. The structure is very close to the sea and the promenade. In the surroundings, you can find shops, supermarkets, and also restaurants. In the evening, it was always full of people and stalls where you could buy typical Sicilian items and more. Parking was easily available. The girl who takes care of the structure, Nicoletta, was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend it. Until next time!

Great facility, new, clean, and equipped with the essentials in an ideal location! I suggest a larger clothesline and a darkened light solution for the fifth bed in the kitchen.

Nice apartment furnished in a modern and practical style. A stone's throw from the promenade, supermarkets, bars, and restaurants. Two large double bedrooms, bathroom a bit small. Nicoletta was very helpful and flexible with the arrival times for key delivery and departure. Laundry area on the roof of the house which we didn't use. Possibility to park for free in front of the house.

Brand new facility, very beautiful with all the comforts (apartment equipped with everything you need), about 200 meters from the sea and the center of Marina di Ragusa perfect for families and couples. Had a small issue with the air conditioning, Nicoletta always available and correct even for the payment of utilities at the end of the stay (did not pay current consumption to compensate for the 'disturbance'). If we return to Marina di Ragusa, we will know where to stay, highly recommended!

New and modern structure, equipped with all comforts, very close to the seafront of Marina di Ragusa. The apartment we booked with the family is located on a slightly raised floor but perfect for our needs with two young children (1 and 4 years old). Upon arrival, we parked the car right in front of the entrance. The structure is a 1-minute walk from Lungomare Doria and very close to a restaurant that also offers take-out, which cooks really well and is very courteous and kind. The manager and collaborators were extremely helpful at all times. Considering the days we booked (on the occasion of the Trinacria Half), the price was excellent. We will definitely return.
