I stayed at Casa Silvia for two nights, and the fact of having access to a whole house and not just a room in a structure made me much more comfortable than all my other stays. The house seems new, has all the furniture and sanitary facilities in excellent condition, and is equipped with everything (especially the kitchen). The cleanliness is excellent, and the bed is very comfortable. Silvia was very helpful and welcoming. The location is not central, but very close to the center and especially a few minutes walk from the Pescara Porta Nuova station. Excellent value for money. I would gladly return.

Lovely apartment, very well-kept, extremely clean and welcoming. It's like being at home. Silvia is an excellent host, able to welcome with warmth, kindness, and availability. Highly recommended.
