Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)
The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 31 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 30 to 29 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 0% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 28 to 27 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 0% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 26 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 0% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 1% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;
Payment terms
Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Check-in from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Check-out before 11:30 AM
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM
Municipal tax of €1.00 per person per night is applicable up to 9 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 14 do not pay municipal tax
Only first linen change is provided
Rooms cleaning is not provided during the stay
Final cleaning is included in the price
Meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms
Pets
Conditions for pets staying in this facility:
- pets of small size by prior agreement with the host
- Well-behaved, not aggressive or noisy, pets may not sleep on beds, pets should be with owners at all times

Appartamento situato nel bellissimo centro storico di Nardò. Una recentissima ristrutturazione ha coniugato il giusto mix tra passato e presente. La struttura presenta una caratteristica volta a stella a vista nella zona giorno ed una meravigliosa volta a botte in camera da letto.
L'appartamento, situato nel centro storico, è comodissimo da raggiungere in quanto posizionato in parallelo alla centralissima via Roma, dove sarà possibile trovare qualsiasi genere di attività.
