Among the dunes, excellent comfort. I was with my family in August 2021 at Residenza Le Dune and I must say that the location is truly excellent, being just steps away from the sea in a quiet place and well served for everything you need. The professionalism, availability, and courtesy of the owner Leyla and her tenacious mother are truly remarkable and certainly help solve any problems during the stay. We had some, but the availability of the owner Leyla solved everything. The only difficulty, but not dependent on the residence, is that the beach of Marina di Pescoluse is mostly free and, except for a few exceptions, there are no bathing establishments, so you either rent equipment (from the numerous renters everywhere) or do a bit on your own. The sea in front is enchanting, although its transparency constantly changes because it is greatly affected by marine currents and winds (with the sirocco it tends to deteriorate). The environment of the residence is very quiet and well attended, the value for money is quite good. However, it is an experience that I highly recommend to families with children.

The property is located along the coast road. \nIt is sufficient to cross the road and walk a few meters to reach the seafront. \nThe property is well maintained, we found it sufficiently clean and equipped. \nThe owner, despite having three arrivals at the same time, was friendly, during the week of stay she was present and easily reachable. \nStructure to recommend especially to families with young children, given the proximity of the sandy beach and the shallow and very clear sea.
