Our house is located in the historic center of Sant'Agata dè Goti on the scenic road of the village. The windows overlook the Regional Park Taburno with beautiful views of the valley and mountains.

The house has a separate entrance and is built on two floors on the ancient fortified walls of the village. On the first floor is the living room with a circular plan with a double sofa bed, fireplace, library, TV, desk, a large kitchen complete with appliances and utensils and bathroom with bath and shower. On the second floor is the bedroom and a small terrace.

The house is complete with bed linen and towels. Cleaning is included.

The house can accommodate up to 4 adults. We can also accommodate children up to 4 years of charge in a cot.

The house is located in the historic center in an area subject to limited traffic (ZTL). Near the house there is a public parking. When booking we will provide more information on the location of the house, on opening access to the historic center and the parking lot.

The entire house is available to guests. No area or service is shared with other guests. The kitchen is for 6/8 people and it's equipped with everything you need, fully functional appliances.

In the house is available to guests a fireplace. To cover expenses for the wood we require a supplement of 15 Euros. It's service that we provide on request.

The entire house is smoke free. Pets are allowed if they are small on request. No fee is required.

To reach the home we offer guests a shuttle service for a fee with the railways stations of Caserta, Arpaia and Dugenta (about 15 km) and with the airport of Capodichino / Naples (40 Km).

Two days of complete relaxation, tranquility and comfort characterize Il Feudo di Sant'Agata. The apartment is well taken care of in every detail, warm, welcoming, top cleanliness, in short, we had a really great time.

Sant'Agata de' Goti is one of the most beautiful medieval villages and best preserved in Italy. He was recently named the 7th most beautiful village in Italy. Its churches and its historic center is rich in works of art.
The city, surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and fruit trees, is also in a position to reach other major tourist destinations such as Naples, Pompeii, Sorrento, Amalfi, Benevento and Caserta. Just 10 km there are the Terme di Telese, to spend moments of relaxation and wellbeing.
