It 's a very nice apartment of 60 sqm on the fourth floor with lift, composed of a spacious room with sofa bed (180 by 100 cm) LCD TV 32 "and DVD, kitchen (with fridge, microwave, ceramic hobs, pans, dishes and glasses, salt and up, cafe and Tè), 1 bathroom with large shower and bidet, a large bedroom with double bed or 2 single beds with desk, large balcony.

Located in the historic center of Bologna in a quiet and safe area, a 10-minute walk from Piazza Maggiore, 2 km from the railway station, 3 km from Fiera District, 6. 5 km Airport G. Marconi.

Accogliente, vicinissimo al centro della città, tranquillo. L'angolo cottura andrebbe ulteriormente attrezzato, per il resto è come stare a casa propria.
