Daniele's apartment was impeccably clean and well maintained - everything worked as it should and the design corresponded exactly to the photos. Communication with the host was smooth, check-in/out process easy. Balcony was a plus, as well as quiet location, quite conveniently positioned between the airport and the city center. Overall, nothing to complain about, a very pleasant experience and would recommend to anyone.

We stayed for 2 nights at Daniele’s place and we enjoyed our stay. The flat is equipped with everything you need, is super clean and modern. The position is also perfect if you come by car or with a pet, a very nice park is in front of the building and the area is quiet. Daniele is very kind and responsive, he takes good care of this guests. I can only recommend his place. Thank you Daniele!

My wife and I have just finished our stay at this property. Great location, balcony overlooking a small park, very quiet area and extremely clean apartment, quiet and complete with every comfort. We had a great stay and highly recommend it.

The Bed and Breakfast is equipped with every comfort: it is clean, warm and welcoming. It offers every convenience such as an elevator and a parking lot. It is located in a service-rich area, with a bus stop just steps away. If we return to Bologna, we will definitely go back there. Thank you for everything.

The stay at Area33 Guest House was very pleasant, the studio is equipped with everything necessary and it is a pleasure to stay there. Impeccable cleanliness, large balcony with a beautiful view of a quiet urban park, elevator and free parking make it truly unique. The host Daniele was very helpful and quick in communication, highly recommended.

Photos faithful to reality, in a strategic area and well served by various means to reach the center quickly. Parking available, two supermarkets and several shops within walking distance. Not crowded and very quiet area. I recommend.
