Nice apartment equipped with all comforts and spotlessly clean. Quiet yet close to the center. We were positively impressed by the manager's kindness, thoughtfulness, and availability. We will definitely return.

I stayed with Claudio for two long periods between May and June, together with some colleagues from work and my three-and-a-half-year-old daughter. For work I travel a lot and it is rare to find oneself in such a well-kept apartment. The apartment is very comfortable, located in a quiet area with convenient parking and above all it is truly welcoming, equipped with air conditioning and fans. All the rooms are bright, comfortable and clean; the bathroom is in excellent condition. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with everything you need; there is a small terrace where you can sit with a table and chairs. Claudio, the owner, has always been very helpful: he went out of his way for us and for any of our requests; he is a perfect host as well as a very welcoming, friendly and resourceful person. Thank you! It really felt like being at home. It is an invaluable feeling. See you soon, we will meet again.

Fully functional apartment in a residential area, quiet and with easy access to both the station and the university campus. Clean and bright, the apartment has a well-equipped kitchen and an indoor parking space. Communication with the host is excellent.

A quiet, comfortable, spacious place. It is located near the Forlì train station. I stayed for about a week and would return. The manager, Mr. Claudio, is a friendly, helpful, and kind person who knows how to do his job.

I stayed at this property for two nights, what can I say: I felt at home. Convenient location to reach, internal parking, clean property with everything needed for cooking. Spacious rooms and a large living room with a terrace to relax or eat outside. Great location to reach the most important points in Forlì and surroundings. Then there's Claudio the owner, an empathetic and sensitive person with great availability who welcomed us as if we had known each other forever. A property that I highly recommend.

The apartment is very nice, quiet and peaceful, in a very quiet area, rich in services and convenient for both the city center and for going to and from the highway. Very convenient parking. The apartment is spacious, ideal for a family with children and equipped with every comfort.
