When traveling for health reasons, finding a structure that welcomes you impeccably, through cleanliness, order, and total comfort, becomes almost an indispensable requirement. Our experience at Casa Chiara Suite Venere was like being at home. The welcome from Mrs. Marilena was lovely, a person of exquisite grace and sensitivity, who immediately conveyed a comfortable sense of serenity. The apartment is exactly as it appears in the photos, every detail is taken care of with the utmost meticulousness, cleanliness and order are impeccable, and it is equipped with every comfort. The proximity to strategic points, such as the hospital and the multiple shops, easily reachable on foot, makes everything very accessible and convenient. It is rare to find structures so well managed and people of such warmth and availability. We can only say that we had a great time and for any other need we will always be happy to be welcomed by Casa Chiara, true and serious professionals in the field. I highly recommend anyone staying in Parma for work, leisure, or other reasons to experience this pleasant stay at this property. We thank you for the wonderful welcome received.

Thomas e Rosaria,come abbiamo già scritto altre volte, questa esperienza di mettere a disposizione i nostri spazi per esigenze di soggiorno,ci dà l'opportunità di conoscere tante persone e di incrociare le loro vite, anche se per poco tempo,con le nostre. Inevitabilmente,per come siamo fatti noi, questo è un aspetto che ha molto più valore di tutto ciò che gira intorno al cedere un alloggio a persone per qualche notte. Cerchiamo di fare il nostro lavoro nel mondo più semplice possibile e di andare incontro alle persone, specialmente con esigenze " importanti" come vorremmo che si venisse incontro a noi. My home in Parma: I stayed alone at this property and I was very satisfied. The apartment is brand new, very clean, very well cared for in detail, equipped with mosquito nets, fully equipped in the kitchen and more. The photos are perfectly consistent with the real situation. It is located on the ground floor in a quiet area. The city center is a 10-minute walk away. Paid parking is available at any time in front of the property. Excellent value for money. Attentive and warm welcome from Mrs. Marilena who contacted me several times to see if I needed anything without ever being intrusive. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a pleasant stay in Parma while maintaining their independence.
