Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)
You may cancel your booking up to 30 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.
Rules of the house
Check-in from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Check-out before 10:00 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM
Municipal tax of €0.50 per person per night is applicable up to 7 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 15 do not pay municipal tax
Only first linen change is provided
Rooms cleaning is not provided during the stay
Final cleaning is included in the price
Meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms
Pets
Conditions for pets staying in this facility:
- pets of medium-small size by prior agreement with the host
- Garden
- Pet damage deposit: 100.00 €
Other notes
Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden.
Every guest must provide a valid ID\passport.
It is forbidden to host people other than those indicated in the reservation without the prior authorization.
City tourist tax not included in the rate, to be paid cash at the check-in.
In case of non-compliance with the rules, the guest accepts the immediate cancellation of the reservation with a 100% cancellation fee including any damage deposit.
