Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)
You may cancel your booking up to 40 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 30% of the total cost of the booking
Payment terms
Balance to be paid at check-in For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Pets
Conditions for pets staying in this facility: - pets of any size for short periods by prior agreement with the host - Well-behaved, not aggressive or noisy, kept on a leash, with pet passport, pets may not sleep on beds, pets may not be left alone at the facility, pets should be with owners at all times - Garden - A daily cost of 5 € is due per pet - Pet damage deposit: 100.00 €
Io, mia moglie e mio figlio di 11 anni ci siamo trovati benissimo.
Abbiamo preso un bilocale (appartamento n. 402) con ampia camera da letto (letto matrimoniale + singolo, armadio, comò e comodini).
Tutti i mobili e gli elettrodomestici erano quasi nuovi, la cucina era completa di un frigo con congelatore, fornelli, forno tradizionale, forno microonde, pentole e utensili vari da cucina.
Avevamo l'affaccio su tre lati, con un po' di vista mare e una bellissima visuale verso la collina sanmarinese, due balconi! Abbiamo parcheggiato nel cortile del residence.
La proprietaria e la collaboratrice serale sono state gentilissime concedendoci anche un comodo check-out visto la bassa stagione e la mancanza di necessità di avere subito le camere libere.
