Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 4:30 AM to 7:30 AM
Municipal tax of €1.00 per person per night is applicable. Children aged under 12 do not pay municipal tax

Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €10.00
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €10.00
Rooms cleaning is not provided during the stay
Final cleaning has a mandatory additional cost of 22.00 € per oom/accomodation
Extra room cleaning is available at a cost of €15.00

I miei appartamenti sono tutti dotati di un sistema di self check-in che vi consentirà di entrare e uscire in piena autonomia dall'appartamento.
All'ingresso del palazzo troverete una tastiera numerica che grazie a un codice aprirà la porta di ingresso e quando vi troverete fuori dal vostro appartamento troverete una piccola cassaforte contenente la tessera che aprirà la porta di casa.
In caso di necessità sarò sempre disponibile e a pochi passi dall'appartamento.

The structure is in a restricted traffic zone, it must be clearly indicated. The manager is available but a bit distracted. Many misunderstandings. To enter, you have to manage by following written instructions. No one at the reception.
