Our holiday home is located in in an area known for its spa waters and facilities (Terme San petronio Antalgik, Terme Felsinee, San Luca Pluricenter · Terme Felsinee Bologna) at Bologna art city, rich in archaeological sites and buildings of great architectural merit, in a quiet, panoramic setting, in the historic heart of the city. "Residenza Saragozza" is a prestigious home for breathing in the scent of our past, designed with taste, refinement and pure attention to detail, a lovely, refined building, a building of the past where the magic of history blends with modern amenities.

Structure with great potential but not well maintained. A lot of dust everywhere, poor cleanliness, even absence of hot water in the bathroom. The accommodation had clearly not been prepared to welcome guests. On the other hand, the absolutely fantastic location made us overlook it because we stayed for only one night. The disappointment remains.

Gentile Alessia, il check in anticipato richiede un po' di pazienza da parte degli ospiti in quanto dobbiamo necessariamente rivedere l'organizzazione del personale. Nonostante la nostra disponibilità solo adesso veniamo a conoscenza che non ha trovato acqua calda in bagno, aveva tutti i nostri recapiti di conseguenza saremmo intervenuti. L'acqua calda ovviamente c'è, può capitare che per vari motivi qualcuno tocchi tasti di accensione della caldaia o chiuda la manopola del gas. Una telefonata avrebbe risolto. L'appartamento è totalmente in legno con travi a vista, il legno crea un ambiente suggestivo e caldo, con tutti i pro e i contro del caso.

Delightful apartment very warm and cozy situated in the heart of Bologna with all the comforts. Clean, well maintained and equipped with everything necessary for the kitchen, linens, bathroom, with cleaning products. A few steps from Piazza Maggiore and Due Torri. Very kind owner Cristina who provided us with lots of information to visit the city and to taste the cuisine. We had a great time and will definitely return. Along with the group that was with us. Recommended.
