Standing on a small hill overlooking the sea that makes the place unique and spectacular, at 300 metres above the sea, you need a car to move.

Charming and scenic independent Studio for 2 people (22 mq), only 300 meters from the sea, with private parking, just renovated with outer space, carefully finished and furnished in an elegant country-house style, equipped with double bed (ergo foam mattress size 1.60 m x 2.00 m), 2 sliding door wardrobe, Daikin air conditioning hot/cold, Tv lcd, electric bathroom towel warmer, folding table, fully equipped kitchen (including pots and pans) with electric stove (4 burners), refrigerator (with drawer freezer), bathroom with shower, washbasin, bidet and wc, double door with mosquito net and blackout curtains to make the darkness at night, private parking.
In addition, are available to our guests a wide and panoramic terrace, garden and outdoor hot shower located on the upper level,
in common use with just another couple of guests.
Located in a scenic area (views of Pontine Islands, Ischia and the Circeo promontory) among olive trees and fruit trees, and silent even in high season, at 300 meters of the sea, in front of the beautiful beaches of 300 steps, Arenauta, Ariana and the long sandy beach of St. Augustine, in 5 min. by car from the beaches of Serapo, Fontania, 10 min. from Sperlonga.
Fascinating place of exclusive privacy and peace, but at the same time just a few minutes from the most beautiful beaches of the coast of Latium or characteristic centres of Gaeta (7 minutes by car) and Sperlonga (10 min. drive).
The House is surrounded by a typical Mediterranean vegetation, on a 4-hectare property that develops to terraces, and seasonal fruits (apricots, figs, pears, apples, grapes, etc.), as well as garden products, are available to our guests.
In addition, the Studio has a little private outdoor panoramic terrace with chairs and table, where it is possible to eat outdoors and use the barbecue.
Notice: To move independently, and to reach the very near beaches (for the presence of an uphill road) you need a car or a scooter/motorcycle.
Only on July and August, the minimum stay is of 7 nights, with check-in on Saturdays.
POSITION
Our Studio is located in the heart of the mythical Ulisse Riviera between Gaeta and Sperlonga, on the coast of Latium; a key position for exploring some of the most prestigious sites of Italy like Rome (150 km), Naples (100 km), Pompeii and Herculaneum, the Reggia di Caserta, the Abbey of Montecassino and the Islands (Capri, Ischia, Ponza, Ventotene).
It is located on a small hill just 300 m to the sea, and then over to enjoy a splendid panorama view of the Pontine Islands, Ischia, Capri, and the promontory of Circeo, anyone who comes to visit us, will be surrounded by an atmosphere of peace and total relaxation, away from the hustle and bustle, even in peak season.
Activities
At 7-8 min. drive you easily reach the medieval old town of Gaeta, the heart of night life with its restaurants, pubs, bars and night activities. Among the characteristic alleys of the old town you can admire the imposing Gothic church of San Francesco, the Angevin-Aragonese castle, the Cathedral with its bell tower in Arab-Norman style; within walking distance, including the Pinacoteca Comunale and Museo Diocesano.
Moreover, just a few minutes ' walk from the Centre of Gaeta, the green area of the regional park of Monte Orlando (consisting of 42 hectares of greenery, cliffs and antiquities, including the mausoleum of Lucius MunazioPlanco).
Our Studio is located in an exclusive place, opposite the large area, and it is the ideal place to spend a relaxing and pleasant time, made of silence, sea and nature.
Or even ideal place for nautical sports and boating, swimming-diving around the islets and sea caves, mountain biking on the slopes of an immense natural park in the heart of the city. And, true, the ability to climb with nails, ropes or climbing the rocks of Mount coin or del Monte Orlando, overlooking the sea.
