The apartment is located on the 1st floor and there is an elevator. To take the elevator you have to walk up a few steps.

The apartment has been recently renovated with a living room equipped with a 2-seater double sofa bed, a furnished kitchen area equipped with all accessories. It has a double bedroom and bathroom with shower and washing machine.

The house is tastefully furnished and equipped with everything to ensure you have a pleasant stay. The kitchenette is also well-stocked so you can cook to your heart's content. You will find various sizes of pots and pans, the pasta maker for cooking pasta and bowls of various sizes. You will also find crockery for your children.

We have created both a coffee corner, with the electric machine (to be used with coffee powder) or alternatively, the Moka. Instead in the tea corner you will find an electric kettle with infusion and tea sachets and some sugar.

The 40m2 panoramic terrace with a splendid view of the sea and the pedestrian area is fully furnished with table and chairs and an outdoor lounge. A double motorized awning allows you to protect yourself during the hottest hours. The terrace features plants and flowers arranged in areas, so as to create small islands of greenery, thus making it visibly full of colours. The small lanterns inside the plants illuminate the various areas, contributing to your relaxation.

The area is well served and is a 5-minute walk from the beach clubs and the pedestrian area of ??the city.
