Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 14 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Un pequeño piso reformado, muy cómodo para 2 o 3 personas. Bien equipado y cuidado. Próximo al metro (Colli Albano), supermercados, etc. Agradezco la ayuda y consejos de Claudio (encargado/propietario). Como negativo, es zona de difícil aparcamiento, pero él nos ayudó a encontrar un sitio para aparcar sin coste. Finalmente, es un bajo, por lo que no hay buenas vistas al exterior ni mucha entrada de luz, pero eso para nosotros no fue un problema.

Struttura perfetta, accogliente, super accessoriata. Zona comoda per tutti i collegamenti anche xché vicina alla metro. Un grazie particolare a Claudio, il proprietario, per la sua grande cortesia e disponibilità. Vivamente consigliato.

Struttura bellissima sia per design che per tutti i comfort presenti. Inoltre a due passi dalla metro. Rapporto qualità prezzo fantastico Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili. Consigliatissima!
