Chalet Little Paradise

'Gaeta in vacanzà offers different types of structures: Tourist Accommodations (apartments and villas) and Rooms (double and family). All within 100 meters from the beach.

The 'Chalet Little Paradisè allows you to live a unique experience, staying in an exclusive villa (designed down to the last detail) and enjoying a safe, comfortable and refined environment; designed for groups, families with children and 4-legged friends, where you will feel at home.

AREAS
To better understand the structure, we can say that it develops in 3 distinct areas: Night - Day - Outdoor.

The sleeping area, has 3 family rooms, designed to the smallest detail in order to accommodate comfortably and with all the comfort our guests. Each of them has: independent access from the living area, private bathroom in the room, air conditioning, TV, tile flooring in porcelain stoneware.

The living area, developed in the front part, is covered and sheltered from the wind; equipped with kitchen (equipped with: refrigerator, additional freezer, microwave, pots, dishes, cutlery, glasses, glasses, and everything you need), relaxation area with TV and hi-fi system, play area, laundry area (equipped with : washing machine, ironing board, iron, sink, washing pump, mop and various equipment). Note: The presence or the quantity of detergents and cleaning products is not guaranteed; you can request the kits when booking.

The outdoor area covers an area of ??400 square meters of garden, (entirely fenced) with lawn, ornamental vegetation and fruit trees, such as: lemons, figs, drops of gold; you can taste the flavors of our land, collecting them directly from the tree. The outdoor area is equipped with: barbecue, gazebo and shading umbrellas, dinette, sunbathing area with loungers and a very large shower box, convenient for when you return from the sea. You can request (for a fee) the use of the workstation Bar, installed in the garden and the ice maker; also a barman who will be at your disposal to prepare the best cocktails, for an aperitif or an evening with friends (ask for a quote).

The day area and the outdoor area are definitely the strengths of our structure; these designed to make the holiday live mainly in open spaces, (but at the same time safe) and in a natural context, thus being able to disconnect from the metropolitan life.

The wi-fi connection is free and active throughout the hotel.

Gaeta in vacanza 'Chalet Little Paradisè is located on the Riviera di Ulisse, (south coast of Lazio), at sea level, a few steps from the wonderful beach of S. Agostino, (easily reached on foot, in less than 100 meters).

BEACH
The latter, for years awarded with the renowned 'Blue Flag' for its crystal clear water.

The golden and very fine sand, the gradual entry into the sea, the reduced width and the absence of difference in level to access it; make it suitable and safe for families with children, the 'Green Flag' is testimony to its particular characteristics.

You can fully enjoy the days by the sea, occupying the free beach area or taking advantage of the rental services of the bathing establishments, which also offer bar service, restaurant, pizzeria, play area, solarium, entertainment,.. The beach is an oasis of peace and tranquility, it is never very crowded or chaotic (week of August excluded), so there will always be a comfortable place facing the sea for you, without risking losing sight of the children while they play freely. Its exposure makes it unique to enjoy marvelous and romantic sunsets over the sea with the skyline of Monte di San Felice Circeo and the entire Riviera di Ulisse.
