Infatti per questo prezzo avete usufruito dell’intero appartamento ad uso esclusivo, con accesso alla piscina, biancheria da bagno (inclusi i teli mare) e altri comfort che riteniamo utili per garantire un soggiorno sereno e piacevole. Per quanto riguarda l’aria condizionata, non è presente nella struttura e non è indicata nella descrizione, proprio per garantire la massima chiarezza e trasparenza. Siamo felici di avervi ospitato e vi ringraziamo ancora per aver scelto la nostra struttura.

Very spacious apartment with 4 beds, kitchen, large bathroom. It is located in a very quiet complex. The managers are very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. There is a very functional pool. It is about 10 minutes from Lido di Ostia.

Good morning, we spent the May 1st long weekend and we really felt good. The place corresponds to what is reported on the site, it is very welcoming, spacious and well maintained. The owner is very kind and caring, he tries to guide and help you in every way possible. He even accompanied us to the nearby metro station. The house is very beautiful, spacious and equipped with everything needed for a nice vacation, plus it is situated in a nice context of villas well protected by walls and a gate that give you a sense of security and serenity. Very positive experience.

The apartment is very large and really welcoming, equipped with all comforts. Strategic location halfway between Rome and the sea, so there is the possibility to take advantage of both situations. Mr. Biagio was super hospitable and very helpful. Highly recommended!

Fabulous and very quiet structure. Being immersed in greenery allows for excellent rest and a lot of privacy. The managers are friendly, helpful, and so welcoming that you feel at home. It will be my point of reference every time I return to the area.
