The apartment was very nice, well located with quick connections to the center by bus or metro and also to Fiumicino airport by regional train. The view from the 10th floor was fantastic and, despite a main road nearby, it was quiet at night. The kitchen is well equipped. Only the toilet flush was a bit slow; it took some time for the cistern to fill again. However, there were only small bottlenecks in the mornings for four people. Monica is a very friendly, lovely host. I would recommend the apartment immediately.

Well-kept apartment, kitchen equipped with everything, including a dishwasher, independent heating and a metro stop in front of the building. Termini Station can be reached in 10 minutes.

The apartment is very beautiful, well-kept, welcoming, tidy, clean, and fragrant, with the metro stop very close and with a beautiful view. The lady is very kind and hospitable.

The apartment is magnificent, it is equipped with every comfort and has an excellent location, given the metro stop right in front of the building entrance. The owner is a lovely person and I thank her for the very kind welcome she gave us.

Incredibly strategic location (metro station Ponte Lungo 40 meters from the door, Tuscolana train station very close). Apartment on the tenth floor (incredible view, San Giovanni, Altare della Patria, San Pietro), clean, warm, comfortable and recently renovated. The owner is a wonderful person, one of those who does more than what you ask or expect. Entire apartment at €100/day, 4 beds at €25/person... Where can you find better?
