We arrived late and the key box would not open. Martina came after half an hour, opened the key box with a tool (her key) and charged €30 for it, even though it was obviously her fault that the old key box was stuck. She bothered us for about 1.5 hours and threatened to call the police. I urgently asked her to call the police, but she did not do so because she knew exactly that it was her own mistake. The room has a fairly good location but is not particularly well equipped. The warm water for the shower only works if you also turn on the sink tap. No waste disposal is available and there are no instructions on how the amenities work. One set of towels for 10 days. She will surely get rich from this, but she is the rudest Italian I have ever met. Disaster - never again.
