We were welcomed very well by Virginia who gave us all the information about the apartment, the shops and restaurants nearby. There were many little attentions upon our arrival for an even more pleasant welcome. We had a great stay in the apartment, which is well equipped, nicely decorated, quiet and very well located. A bus stop in front of the building allows direct access to the Colosseum, the Capitol and the center of Rome. Furthermore, the metro line A is just a few steps away and provides quick access to many sites. The nearby Tuscolana station offers connections every fifteen minutes to the airport in 40 minutes. From a transportation point of view, the location is truly optimal. The neighborhood restaurants are pleasant and busy, which is a good sign. This apartment is truly ideal for discovering Rome.

Great stay at 'Pini di Roma' in Virginia's apartment. We were 4 (2 children and 2 adults) and we received a very warm welcome from Virginia, who goes above and beyond to make her guests feel truly on vacation. The neighborhood is close to a metro station and all the tourist sites are easily accessible. The apartment has everything needed for a pleasant week, with a gelateria at the bottom of the building. Thank you so much Virginia.

Spacious apartment, ideal even for 4 people, located in an area served by all kinds of shops, as well as restaurants, pizzerias and essential services (pharmacies). There is a neighborhood market right below the building. Access to public transport is also very convenient, both the metro and the buses. The host is a very kind lady and always attentive to the guest's needs.

We had a great time. The house was clean, cozy, and well equipped with everything, the owner was kind and helpful, she gave us a lot of useful information. The location is excellent, close to metro A and several buses that take you to tourist places not reachable by the subway. Numerous bars and supermarkets nearby.

Given the circumstances, my girlfriend and I decided to spend our New Year's Eve and her birthday in this beautiful, cozy house. I highly recommend it to everyone for its useful comforts and the feeling of being at home. Additionally, the building is inhabited by very polite people. Mrs. Virginia, as always, has been extremely kind in every way, by now it has become a welcoming place for us to spend some days together. Recommended because it's truly beautiful. Very spacious house, extremely well-kept in detail, excellent cleanliness, equipped with all comforts, very bright, quiet. Rooms equipped with air conditioning, located on the 4th floor with elevator, it is located in a condominium where greenery reigns supreme, plants and trees that make the courtyard a dream. Very comfortable beds, the landlady is special, generous, friendly, and always available for any questions or needs of the guest. I will find an excuse to come back and be pampered by that very comfortable sofa.

I stayed at Pini di Roma for two nights, the apartment is comfortable, quiet and clean, equipped with air conditioning and wifi, attention to details, located in a central area well connected but quiet, from there you can reach the city center and the many things to see in Rome by metro or bus, in a short time or by taking a nice walk! I had a great time there! If you want to take a break, it's the right place! In the neighborhood, besides restaurants and various places, there are good ice cream shops, not lacking shops for shopping! Virginia was a helpful and very friendly host.

The apartment is very nice, new, clean, and very close to the center. The rooms and bedrooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. The metro a stone's throw away allows you to reach the historic center in 10 minutes, and the bus that stops in front of the house takes you anywhere. Quiet neighborhood with all services. Virginia is very helpful and did a quick and secure check-in. Highly recommended!
