Great location, very spacious place, comfortable beds. On the downside there was almost nothing of toilet roll, washing liquid, plastic bags for bins etc. No toiletries whatsoever, no A/c though 3 working floor fans were provided. The washing machine was non-functional since it had black mould. The oven knobs had no dials no numbers so it was by chance that we got anything cooked. The accommodation needs serious updating with a few bits falling apart like curtain rail in living room, shower holders, plate broken, ceiling fans not working, a number of light bulbs were not working. Floor was very, very dirty. There is no piano like in the photos advertised and the photos are not recent so very misleading.

Good alternative to hotel room, for families. Excellent area close to shops, restaurants, and Metro. Vatican City / St. Peter's Square close by, and easy to get into Rome center. Comfortable beds and adequate bathroom and kitchen. Host is very nice.

House that I recommend for families with children. Spacious and large rooms. Old bathroom but with a shower bath ideal for children. Spacious kitchen, perhaps to be modernized in some aspects. Fantastic location of the house, very clean and safe neighborhood. For a family with children who wants to see Rome, excellent quality for price.
