Excellent facility, clean and comfortable for visiting the city center. Only suggestion: I would provide guests with some more bathroom towels!

I miei parenti hanno soggiornato presso questa struttura; pulitissima, in posizione tranquilla ma molto vicina ai mezzi pubblici per raggiungere il centro. Tiziana la proprietaria è disponibile e gentilissima.

Smanettando su internet ho trovato questa nuova struttura per cui, dopo aver contattato il gestore - assolutamente disponibile e cordiale - ho chiesto info su distanze e collegamenti. Si tratta di una struttura sita in zona residenziale, insistente in palazzo signorile. A pochi passi fermata del tram col quale poter raggiungere piazza Venezia e da lì via del corso, piazza di Spagna, fontana di Trevi etc. La sera, dopo aver girovagato, prendevamo tram e ci spostavano al centro di Trastevere per assaporare i sapori romani tra le vie dei borghi antichi e poi tram, due cambiate, struttura. A distanza di 400 m circa dalla struttura c'è altro mezzo di collegamento, la stazione dei treni, con il quale raggiungere fiera di Roma direttamente (vie a 15 min di treno) o aeroporto Fiumicino. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo, locali puliti, zona tranquilla, struttura nuova, gestore top.

Il mio fidanzato ed io siamo appena rientrati da Roma dove abbiamo trascorso qualche giorno di vacanza. La struttura si trova in una zona residenziale e tranquilla, molto vicina sia alle fermate del tram e dell'autobus sia alla stazione di Trastevere e pertanto risulta molto comoda per gli spostamenti all'interno della città. La stanza che ci è stata assegnata era molto bella e pulitissima, fornita di un comodissimo letto matrimoniale, uno spazioso bagno interno, tv, armadio, balcone, scrivania..insomma tutto il necessario per riposarsi dopo una giornata in giro tra i monumenti romani. Il valore aggiunto di questa struttura è rappresentato dalla sua proprietaria ossia la signora Tiziana che è molto gentile e disponibile. Torneremo a Roma e certamente torneremo "a Trastevere da Tiziana". Grazie. Laura.
