Positive aspects: 1. The location of the structure is very convenient compared to the center and the Riomaggiore station. 2. The little apartment is independent and if you want you can cook something or at least have breakfast. Negative aspects: 1. The cleaning was not accurate. 2. Some aspects were not taken care of (noticeboard, brooms, ironing board, visible detergents in the room) or not functional (toilet under the stairs at continuous risk of hitting the head), certainly not up to standard. 3. Kitchen on the upper floor and terrace with access through a very steep staircase and a door window of Lilliputian size. 4. Access to the structure through very steep and tiring stairs. 5. Rooms (not to mention the access stairs) very damp and unhealthy (mold on the ceiling, among other things). 6. Rigidity of the manager in postponing the check-out without even including free of charge (as should be normal) the luggage storage. 7. Lack of any direct contact and poor empathy from the manager.
